Each blend is handmade and blended in small batches to ensure the freshest, highest quality products upon delivery. To honor this unique process, you can expect your item to ship within 5 business days (not including weekends). Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. During the holiday season, the shipping times may be delayed. If there will be a delay in processing your order, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.
SHIPPING SERVICES
The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. We offer various shipping options via USPS.
All orders shipped within the Contiguous US are shipped via USPS unless otherwise specified. A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you upon the shipment of your order.
TRACKING ORDERS
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Big L's Blends will ship based on the method you select from the available options. The estimated time of the arrival of your product should be considered as an estimate only, and Big L's Blends will not be responsible for any damages due to delays in shipping. Charges for shipping will be listed when you purchase the product from this webpage. You are responsible for all federal and provincial shipping-related taxes, and you agree to comply with all export laws of the United States that apply to the products purchased or received under this Agreement.
Big L's Blends uses a third-party shipping service provider to ship its products. As such, Big L's Blends will not be liable for any loss, damages (direct or indirect), or expense due to shipping. Title and risk of loss shall pass to you at the moment the product that you have purchased is transferred to the third-party shipping service provider. Big L's Blends is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong addresses, missing information, or not having someone present to receive packages. If there is a suite number, apartment number, or building number, please be sure to include that on your order.
USPS has permission to leave packages at the recipient’s address if no one is there to sign for them; however, USPS drivers may also leave a USPS notice for a 2nd or 3rd delivery attempt at their discretion. Big L's Blends is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. We highly recommend that someone be home to accept the package or that it is shipped to a workplace or office address when possible.
If you select "Signature Required for Delivery", your package will not be delivered unless it is signed for. If no one is present, USPS will make two more attempts before they return the package to us.
PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER
If your order is undeliverable and returned to us, you will be issued a store credit for your order, minus the shipping cost. If you wish to send the same items again, a new order is required. You may also need to provide an alternate shipping address, as USPS may flag the undeliverable address on all future deliveries.
Big L's Blends is not responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure, or other acts beyond our control.
