Honey Glazed Chili + Lime Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, filleted
- 2 Tbsp chili lime seasoning
- 1 Tbsp adobo

Salt, to taste
- 2 Tbsp olive oil (or neutral flavored oil)

6 Tbsp. butter

1 Tbsp. garlic, minced

½ cup honey
Directions
Optional: Score the tops of the chicken breasts in a cross cross pattern, taking care not to cut through the chicken breast.
Place chicken in a large Ziploc bag.
Prepare the marinade by combining the Big L’s Blends Chili + Lime Seasoning, Big L’s Blends Adobo, Salt, and Olive Oil.
Pour marinade into bag and allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes, however overnight would be best.
Heat a large pan over medium to medium-high heat. Place 1-2 Tbsp olive oil into pan.
Once pan is hot, place chicken into pan and cook for 3 minutes per side (depending on thickness of chicken, you may need to add additional time). Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees. Repeat until all chicken has been cooked.
Reduce heat to medium- medium low.
Remove any burned bits from the pan, but do not discard any liquid.
Using the same pan you cooked the chicken in, add butter to begin making the glaze.
Once butter melts and honey and garlic and mix well.
Once glaze ingredients have fully combined, pour over chicken and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
To make it extra saucy, double the glaze recipe.
Mango Salsa Recipe:
12 oz Frozen mango, diced
2 Tbsp red bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp green bell pepper or 1 Tbsp jalapeños diced.
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup red onion, chopped finely
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/4 tsp salt
