                      Ingredients
- 
1 red onion, sliced 
- 
1 green bell pepper, sliced 
- 
1 red bell pepper, sliced 
- 
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 
- 
1 jalapeño, sliced & seeds removed 
- 
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into ¼ inch strips 
- 
3 Tbsp olive oil 
- 
            
2 Tbsp Big L’s Blends Taco Everyday 
- 
            
2 Tbsp Big L’s Blends Adobo 
- 
            
1 tsp Big L’s Blends Chili + Lime 
- 
Tortillas 
Optional Toppings:
- 
Fresh Cilantro 
- 
Sour Cream 
- 
Guacamole 
- 
Pico De Gallo 
- 
Shredded Cheese or Queso 
- 
Lime Wedges 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit 
- Slice red onion & all bell pepper and place on a parchment or foil lined sheet pan 
- Drizzle veggies with 1 Tbsp olive oil 
- In large bowl, add sliced chicken breasts, 2 Tbsp olive oil, Adobo, Taco Everyday & Chili + Lime seasoning. Mix well to combine 
- Spread chicken evenly on the baking sheet with veggies 
- Toss everything together on the baking sheet 
- Bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes 
- Stir halfway through cooking 
- Optional: broil for 2-3 minutes at the end for extra char 
- Warm tortillas and assemble with desired toppings.
